Privacy policy

This policy describes how LUMISPHERE (SARL AU, Trade register Casablanca no. 364275) processes personal data collected on www.lumisphere.ma, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected

• Quote request form: full name, company, business e-mail, phone number, project description and selected product references.
• Chat assistant (“Noura”): content of exchanged messages.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, pages viewed) for security and proper operation purposes.

Purposes and retention

This data is used exclusively to respond to your quote and information requests, to follow up on your project and to improve our services. It is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless otherwise required by law. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Processors

Form processing and messaging rely on technical providers (Hostinger hosting, form routing, chat tool operated by LUMISPHERE). These providers do not use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only local technical records (your selection of references for the quote) are stored in your browser and do not leave your device until you submit your request.
